All enquiries for accommodation will be held for (7) seven days, after this period your booking will automatically expire unless a deposit of 50% of the full total of your booking is received. A confirmation receipt and tax invoice will be remitted for the balance of your accommodation funds and will be required one calendar month prior to arrival date. For bookings made within 30 days of arrival the full amount is due within 7 days. Bookings will be immediately cancelled without notice if no payment is received.
Cheques should be made payable to Snowman Property Management Pty Ltd and sent to 264 Keilor Road, Essendon North, VIC 3041. For direct deposits BSB 063147 and ACC 10328571, please use your surname and booking number as your reference and email us to notify of your payment. If notice of cancellation is received in writing one calendar month or more prior to arrival date, and the lodge is able to refill the vacancy created a full refund will be offered. If less than one calendar months' notice is given, ALL MONIES PAID ARE FORFEITED. Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. Please contact us today for a quote.
Falls Creek and Mt Hotham offer some of the most reliable skiing in Australia, however all skiers know that Mother Nature can be fickle. Our Snowsports Guarantee provides important piece of mind when planning your trip to the snow, knowing that if there is insufficient snow 48 hours prior to your arrival, to enable three designated downhill runs at Falls Creek or Mt Hotham to be open for snowsports, then all payments proved to be received (less booking fee) will be refunded.
Check-In – Check in time is from 2pm.
Check-Out – Strictly 10AM on day of departure. Luggage storage facilities are available, penalties and extra charges will apply for late checkouts.
